Returns Policy
We hope that you absolutely love every purchase made from us, but if you wish to return an item, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order at returns@bilimbi.co.uk. Items that you wish to return must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags and/or stickers and it must also be returned in the original packaging. Please provide photos.
To return your product please make sure you follow the below steps:
1. You must include a print out of your order confirmation or a covering letter which states your order number, name and email address. Please note, if either of these are not included we will not be able to identify the returned product and allocate the refund.
2. Please mail your return to:19 Honeycrock Lane, Redhill. Surrey RH1 5DG
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchange request that does not meet the BilimbiLondon returns requirements.

Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you believe your item is faulty please contact returns@bilimbi.co.uk immediately. When emailing please include a photograph of the damaged/faulty item, and a description of the fault. Please do not attempt to fix the item of your own accord or via a third party as this may affect your entitlement to a refund, compensation or reimbursement.
All items must be checked upon receipt of delivery. If there are any breakages, defects or discrepancies please notify us within 24 hours. We are unable to replace or refund items if we are not notified within this time. We will arrange collection of the faulty item from you and cover the delivery cost of the replacement to make sure you're happy.
