Nanelle's aesthetic vision is shaped by her love of colour, symbolism and fantasy. Her work is often premised in escapism and is often inspired by history, mythology and fables.
Nanelle & Bilimbi is the studio Nanelle has established which works across a broad range of projects and disciplines, including painting, illustration, stationery and homeware.
Illustration Studio
Our illustration studio offers wedding stationery, amongst other things, that collaborates with our wonderful couples to create personal and treasurable unique pieces that celebrate one of the most significant events of their lives.
You will find Nanelle's love for colour, fables and whimsy trickling into this space. Her work is therefore layered with influences from travels, art, textiles, ceramics and traditional crafts.
Homeware Studio
Under the studio is a homeware brand that curates and offers a collection of decorative pieces which celebrate the memories of languorous holidays spent under palm trees, the ebb and flow of the sea, thirst quenching coconut water plucked straight from the tree, watching local men and women's quotidian daily cycle of a slower life.
Art Studio
Aside from all this, you will also find the opportunity to commission and purchase paintings from Nanelle, here at Nanelle & Bilimbi.
