At Nanelle & Bilimbi, we create bespoke stationery as unique as you are to tell the tale of your wonderful day. We do this with fantastical watercolour illustrations, and dreamy handwriting and obsessing over all the small details.
The process is incredibly fun, easy, and personal. Whether you have a clear idea or not, you both and I will embark on a creative journey unlike no other - it really is like playing around with crayons.

How It Works
✨ Step 01 — The Beginning of Something Beautiful
Simply drop us a note via the form below and within 48 hours we’ll be in touch with all the details of how our design alchemy unfolds. We’ll then arrange a short call to get acquainted and share a guide on investment before we set sail.
✨ Step 02 — The Deep Dive
Once you’re happy with the direction, we’ll schedule a longer MS Teams call — a chance to immerse ourselves in your love story, your vision, and your aesthetic world. We’ll chat through colour palettes, style preferences, and of course, your budget. Out of this comes a bespoke stationery moodboard, your first glimpse of the magic to come.
✨ Step 03 — A Delightful Yes
When you’re ready to say yes (our favourite word), we’ll prepare a detailed proposal. To reserve your place in our diary, a 50% deposit sets the creative wheels in motion.

Naturally, we understand plans evolve, so we keep everything flexible, smooth, and entirely yours.
✨ Step 04 — The Creative Unfolding
With everything in place, the artistry begins. We sketch, paint, and refine — with a few considered rounds of revisions to ensure every detail feels like a perfect reflection of you.
✨ Step 05 — Paper Perfection
Once you’ve approved the final design, it’s time to bring it into the world. We can oversee the printing (effortless) or provide you with immaculate, print-ready files if you’d prefer. In either case, we’ll recommend the finest paper stocks, so your stationery feels as luxurious to touch as it looks on the page.
